While our practice began with a primary focus on women's aesthetics, it has naturally evolved into a comprehensive wellness center that serves both men and women. Dr. Morris M. Elstein is a board-certified OB/GYN who has been serving the Hampton Roads area for more than 40 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to helping patients improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life through evidence-based medicine and innovative treatment options.
As the founder of Coastal757 Aesthetics, Dr. Elstein expanded his passion for women's health into aesthetic and functional wellness, creating a practice that offers advanced treatments designed to help patients look and feel their best. His commitment to personalized care, patient education, and staying at the forefront of medical advancements continues to shape the exceptional experience patients receive at Coastal757 Aesthetics.
Outside the office, Dr. Elstein enjoys escaping to his mountain home, traveling, and experiencing new places and cultures whenever he has the opportunity.
MORRIS M ELSTEIN, MD
Blake's passion for the aesthetic industry began in high school while attending the Virginia Beach Career & Technical Education Center, where she earned her Cosmetology license. Driven by her love for skincare and helping others feel confident, she continued her education at The Institute of Epidermal Cell Therapy, where she obtained her Master Esthetician license.
Blake is committed to providing personalized, results-driven care and stays current with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and skincare. She is extensively trained in a variety of our services for both aesthetic and functional health as well as our medical-grade skincare, allowing her to create treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals.
When she's not in the treatment room, Blake enjoys spending time on the water, camping, and making memories with family and friends.
She is passionate about helping every patient feel confident in their own skin and looks forward to guiding you on your journey to healthier skin and renewed confidence.
Blake Sawyer, LME
Originally from Chesapeake, Virginia, Serena has dedicated more than 30 years to caring for patients in women's health. As an experienced Medical Assistant, she is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels comfortable discussing even the most sensitive concerns.
Serena specializes in our sexual wellness and functional health treatments, helping patients navigate intimate health concerns with compassion, professionalism, and understanding. In addition to her role at Coastal757 Aesthetics, she also provides patient care on the gynecology side of the practice, bringing decades of experience and a well-rounded approach to women's healthcare.
Known throughout the office for her fun, bubbly personality, Serena has a way of putting patients at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to helping others make her an invaluable member of our team.
When she's not caring for patients, Serena enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking advantage of Virginia Beach's beautiful coastline, where you'll often find her relaxing at the beach.
